When it comes to taxes, govt. doesn&#039;t leave anyone. Same way, govt. should enforce and make laws relating to use of Solar Energy and banks should fund the activities. We would see the result immediately and the emissions would be controlled. When we know that world is in danger then when would the law makers wake up to make laws accordingly.]]></description>
