The Australian ETS CPRS "Carbon Pollution Rewards Scheme".

Given the extent of the free permits to the heavy polluters, the decision to exclude agriculture and the low starting price of eCarbon at $10 a tonne, we should be calling the Labor government's proposed CPRS the "Carbon Pollution Rewards Scheme".
This Labor government will be held accountable by future generations if they ram through this totally compromised ETS.
By the time Australia and the rest of the world realise that an efficient, ideal global ETS is impossible and cast around for workable alternatives ( which have already been detailed by many respected economists ), the world will have lost precious time and will have only provided a new market for the global finance industry to corrupt and blow up.
This Labor government's "Carbon Pollution Rewards Scheme" only panders to the heavy polluters , other interest groups and the finance industry.
I pray that enough senator's will not be bullied into going along with this potential disaster.
